Monday through Friday after 2PM Sao Paulo time. Our friendly
staff will be happy to help you. You’ll be talking to
Rafaela Uekita or Luana Klajner, and they’ll provide you with all
information you need regarding consultation, localization and
fees.
If you
need special arrangements or urgent consultation requests,
please let them know timely and they’ll do their best to
accommodate your needs. If you prefer to schedule an
appointment via email, please allow 10 days prior to
consultation.

Before your appointment
It is
absolutely normal to have expectations before you visit a
medical professional, specially a Plastic Surgeon. Take
advantage of your appointment and talk openly to your doctor.
Make sure you have all your inquiries answered, discuss with
him all your concerns and expectations. It’s the only way
you’ll have the information necessary to make a conscious
decision. If you feel appropriate, list your questions in
writing before the visit.
Don’t
forget to mention any other surgery you have already had, as
well as allergies, health issues, medications, and drugs
you’ve used or are using. You may also discuss any previous
consultation and suggestions made by other doctors or health
professionals regarding your wishes.
Do not keep any pertinent physical
and mental information from your plastic surgeon. Honesty is
definitely the best policy when speaking with your doctor
because it could ultimately affect your end result.
It will be
up to the doctor to thoroughly evaluate you, and present all
explanations, suggestions and technical limitations regarding
your requests.
After the
first visit, take your time to decide. Don’t rush. Make sure
you have all your questions and concerns addressed before
making your decision.
Returning Visits
After your
surgery, or even before it happens, if you feel that you need
to talk to the doctor again, please schedule as many returning
visits as you see fit. All returning visits are complimentary
and free of charge.

Transportation
Special
transportation services from airports and hotels to our office
or hospitals before and after surgery may be arranged for your
comfort and safety.
Lodging
If you are
coming from out of state or abroad, our office is located
midst the biggest hotel area of São Paulo, with innumerous
lodging facilities, in several classes of services and prices.

Assistance after the Surgery
If you
wish to have a private nurse to attend you in your initial
recovery days after you leave the hospital for your daily
activities and/or curatives and/or health issue assistance
please let us know timely in advance.
